• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers for all supplier training for the respective division
  • Coordinate all internal and external supplier training arranged by Tourvest Destination Management for the division
  • Ensure regular attendance of training by staff by sending calendar notifications where required in conjunction with Training Department
  • Manage attendee registers and submit required reports to the Directors
  • Plan and roll out all Site Inspections and Educationals for staff , operate and manage all costs, systems and invoicing requirements
  • Identify all relevant staff within the respective division to attend supplier hosted Fam trips in conjunction with Directors
  • Suggest and motivate arranged educationals to suppliers
  • Create FAM Trip and educational programs in conjunction with Sales Team
  • Make sure all Fam trip attendees submit required reports and or complete Product Reviewer
  • Plan and roll out all Client Fam trips, including negotiating complimentary/special rates, loading onto TourPlan and running with the developed program. On ground support of same whilst clients are travelling


  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Tertiary business administration qualification would be preferable


  • 5 years hospitality or tourism experience
  • Experience in dealing with different hotel groups
  • Experience in building tour itineraries for South Africa


  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers for availability
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent Administration and Organisational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills
  • Work well under pressure and to strict turnaround times
  • Creative and Innovative thinking


The salary for this position is competitive and dependent on relevant experience.
