KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all administration within the Sales team
  • Daily communication with the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Setting up meetings for the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Attending meetings when necessary
  • Keeping of minutes for all meetings
  • Following up on allocated tasks given by management
  • Oversee documentation for all of TEAM Destination Management to ensure consistency
  • Compile expenses / returns for the Manager
  • Responsible for stock taking of all branded material in various store rooms
  • Keeping store rooms neat and tidy
  • Updating CRM system
  • Book and plan all corporate travel for the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Manage travel bookings inclusive of changes for the Sales and Marketing Director

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary Qualification in Office Administration would be preferred

AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant in a sales environment
  • Experience in dealing with employees based in different countries outside of South Africa
  • Experience in organising corporate business travel

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours when necessary to limit the delay in dealing with different time zones
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Spanish language skills would be an advantage
