As part of our ongoing workforce planning, we are developing an internal Talent Pool Database to support our current and future operational needs in Nairobi and Mombasa. This initiative is aimed at identifying qualified, high-potential, service-oriented employees who are interested in career growth and future opportunities within the organization.

AUTO MECHANIC

The mechanics will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, performing tasks from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs. Potential candidates with strong diagnostic and repair capabilities for safari vehicles, vans, and specialized tourism fleet are encouraged to apply.

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics using advanced tools.
• Perform high-quality repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Execute routine maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Stay updated with automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding diagnosis and repair recommendations.

• • Higher National Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Auto Electrical.
  • Artisan grade I or II certification
  • 5 years overall experience with a demonstrated 3 years minimum experience in Toyota Land Cruiser diesel engines (1HZ, 1VD, 1KD) and/or minibuses and minivans.
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostic equipment and a valid driving license.
  • Experience working with Toyota dealerships (e.g., CFAO) is an added advantage.
  • Certified training in 4×4 systems, diesel diagnostics, and automotive mechatronics will be an added advantage.
