As part of our ongoing workforce planning, we are developing an internal Talent Pool Database to support our current and future operational needs in Nairobi and Mombasa. This initiative is aimed at identifying qualified, high-potential, service-oriented employees who are interested in career growth and future opportunities within the organization.

TOUR CONSULTANT

We are seeking customer-centric professionals with strong itinerary-planning skills, extensive destination knowledge, and proven experience in tour operations. The ability to manage bookings, prepare quotations, and deliver seamless guest experiences is essential.

• Accountable for the daily processing of all relevant incoming requests, according to set standards.
• Acknowledge agents’ emails and prepare accurate and detailed tour proposals on time.
• Ensure bookings are captured correctly, and all services are booked.
• Preparation of booking documentation as per the set guidelines
• Ensure costs are captured correctly; files are invoiced, and have correct margins.

• Relevant degree-level education in Tourism and Hospitality Sectors preferred or or higher national diploma, in the same field.
• Tour plan knowledge as a strong added advantage.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Tourism Product Knowledge is a must.
• Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written formats
• Strong Customer Service and Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
• ICT Proficient
• Proficiency in English and any other Foreign language will be an advantage.
